Braige Millett added 11 points on 5-7 from the field in the loss for Piute. Landry Edwards recorded 19 points and 8 rebounds in the loss for the Bulldogs.
TROPIC, Utah-Cooper Owens led the way with 15 points and the Bryce Valley Mustangs edged El Capitan (Ariz.) 55-53 Wednesday in non-region boys basketball play.
HURRICANE, Utah-Brigham Kemp netted 18 points and the Hurricane Tigers pounded South Sevier 79-45 Wednesday in non-region boys basketball play.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Jorgen Southwick posted 22 points and the Richfield Wildcats pounded Cedar City 64-43 in non-region boys basketball Wednesday. Hayden O’Kee led the way for the Reds in defeat with 19 points.

MANTI, Utah-June Olsen recorded 19 points and the Manti Templars routed Gunnison Valley 68-41 Wednesday in non-region girls basketball play. Rylee Bartholomew led the Bulldogs in defeat with 18 points.
NEPHI, Utah-Elissa Stoneman netted 13 points and the Juab Wasps pounded San Juan 60-20 in non-region girls basketball play Wednesday. Kaidence Mitchell led the Broncos in the loss with 12 points.
HILDALE, Utah-Rachel Cox posted 24 points and the Valley Buffalos stampeded Water Canyon 53-36 in non-region girls basketball play Wednesday. Martha Jessop led the Wildcats in defeat with 13 points.
DELTA, Utah-Reece Gustin posted 22 points and the Pine View Panthers routed Delta 63-29 Wednesday at The Palladium in non-region girls basketball play.

WASHINGTON CITY, Utah-Savannah Bateman recorded 17 points and the Kanab Lady Cowboys upended Class 4A Crimson Cliffs 57-50 in non-region girls basketball play Wednesday. Alyssa Whitaker’s game-high 21 points led the Mustangs in the loss.
