Region 15
GUNNISON, Utah-Tyson Tucker led the way with 20 points and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs drilled San Juan 62-48 in Region 15 boys basketball play Saturday. RJ Dalley’s 18 points led the Broncos in the loss.
SALINA, Utah-Wyatt Toney and Lane Berry had 17 points apiece and the Grand Red Devils bested North Sevier 62-56 Saturday in Region 15 boys basketball play. Greyson Bennett’s game-high 26 points led the Wolves in defeat.
Non-Region
PANGUITCH, Utah-Daxton Miller posted 24 points and the Panguitch Bobcats routed Tintic 75-53 in non-region boys basketball play Saturday. Haygen Jameson had 16 points in the loss for the Miners.
Girls Basketball
Region 15
MOAB, Utah-Alyssa Rosquist stepped up with 13 points and the North Sevier Wolves downed Grand 45-38 Saturday in Region 15 girls basketball play. Rhiannon Hren led the Red Devils in defeat with 10 points.
BLANDING, Utah-Synessa Atcitty posted 23 points and the San Juan Broncos drilled Gunnison Valley 48-36 in Region 15 girls basketball play Saturday. Linsi Hansen and Rylee Barthlomew had 12 points apiece in the loss for the Bulldogs.
Region 18
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Caitlin Nielson and Kinley Jenson had 12 points apiece and the South Sevier Rams pounded Enterprise 64-41 Saturday in Region 18 girls basketball play. Bentlee Rogers and Jayce Barlow had 13 points apiece to pace the Wolves in defeat.
KANAB, Utah-Danzee Bradshaw netted 15 points and the Beaver Beavers overpowered Kanab 48-36 in Region 18 girls basketball play Saturday. Rylee Little led the Lady Cowboys with 11 points in the loss.
