NEPHI, Utah-Heidi Jorgensen led the way with 14 points and the Manti Templars humbled Juab 49-29 in Region 14 girls basketball action Tuesday. Ava Cuff had 7 points for the Wasps in defeat.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Dallie Bastian stepped up with 19 points and the Union Cougars pounded North Sanpete 68-39 Tuesday in Region 14 girls basketball play. Tylee Henrie led the Hawks with 12 points in defeat.
Region 16
GUNNISON, Utah-Brooklyn Butler posted 13 points and the North Sevier Wolves pulverized Gunnison Valley 65-23 in Region 16 girls basketball play Tuesday. Raven Pickett led the Bulldogs with 9 points in the loss.
Region 18
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Kate Killpack led the way with 10 points and the Maeser Prep Lions pummeled Wasatch Academy 57-19 in Region 18 girls basketball play Tuesday. Kelsey Marino’s game-high 12 points led the Tigers in defeat.
Region 19
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Grayce Glover posted 23 points and the Kanab Lady Cowboys drilled Enterprise 55-46 Tuesday in Region 19 girls basketball play. Noah Moyle’s 16 points led the Wolves in the loss.
PAROWAN, Utah-Hayzen Taylor netted 14 points and the South Sevier Rams got past Parowan 48-44 in Region 19 girls basketball play Tuesday in the battle of the Rams. Katlynn Matheson led the Parowan Rams in defeat with 13 points.
