WASATCH MOUNTAIN STATE PARK, Utah-Friday, the Millard Eagles’ cross country squad competed at the Wasatch XC Invitational at Soldier Hollow.

In Section 1 of the girls’ varsity 3-mile race, the Eagles were represented by senior Katy Kelly (35th place, 21:47.90), senior Audrey Camp (53rd place, 22:55.70), junior Hannah Koyle (67th place, 23:32.10) and sophomore Kara Camp (75th place, 23:53.80).

In Section 1 of the boys varsity mile 3-mile race, Millard was represented by sophomore Camden Moat (20th place, 17:46.80), junior Kaydn Frampton (56th place, 18:44.40) senior Marcor Maxfield (93rd place, 19:43.80) and senior Tyson Schwartz (124th place, 20:40.00).

Winners in these events were as follows:

Section 1 girls varsity 3-mile: Emma Thornley-Layton, 18:59.90

Section 1 boys varsity 3-mile: Michael Moffat-Westlake, 15:35.40

Section 2 girls varsity 3-mile: Sarah Galbraith-Springville, 19:00.10

Section 2 boys varsity 3-mile: Dalton Mortensen-Bountiful, 15:27.90
