Wednesday, Snow men’s basketball forward/center Max Triplett was named the Scenic West Conference’s men’s player of the week.

In games against Cochise (Ariz.), Pima (Ariz.) and Bismarck State at the Aztec Classic of Tucson, Ariz., Triplett posted 15 points and 6 rebounds and shot 52 percent from the field.

The former Weber High School star out of Huntsville, Utah is averaging 16.4 points and 6.3 rebounds per game for the No. 5 Badgers, who are 14-1 on the season.

Snow returns to action Wednesday at the Horne Activity Center against the Jump Start Academy Snow Foxes of Rigby, Idaho in a non-conference tilt.
