PROVO, Utah-BYU sophomore quarterback Jaren Hall earned College Sports Madness Independent Offensive Player of the Week honors for his success in the No. 14 Cougars’ 59-14 rout of Idaho State Saturday.

In the victory over the Bengals, Hall completed 20 of 25 passes for 298 yards and four touchdowns and ran for another score.

Hall and BYU tailback Tyler Allgeier have now combined to win five CSM Independent Offensive Player of the Week awards during the 2021 season.
