LOGAN, Utah-Tuesday, a pair of Utah State men’s basketball players received All-Mountain West Conference recognition.

Fifth-year guard Ian Martinez (16.9 points per game) received first-team all-conference honors and sophomore guard Mason Falslev, a former Sky View High School multi-sport star (14.7 points, 6.1 rebounds per game) made the All-Mountain West second team.

Martinez earned all-league honorable mention honors in 2023-24. This is the first time Falslev has made the all-conference team as a collegian.

The Aggies are the No. 3 seed in this week’s Mountain West Conference Tournament at Las Vegas and will play the winner of No. 6 UNLV-No. 11 Air Force in Thursday’s quarterfinals at 9:30 pm MDT.
