Everyone is invited to come celebrate our 50th Anniversary and Open House on Monday, June 8th from 5-7pm, here at the radio station.
Come visit with current staff and some yesteryear staff to help us celebrate and see the radio world as we see it.
The coke wagon will be here and we will have sandwiches, and hot dogs with sides from Shalan’s . You can win prizes including tickets to Lagoon, Splash Summit, and the Heber Valley Train. You will also have a chance to enter to win a $5,000 ruby and diamond ring from Jonathan’s Jewelers ( also 50 years in business) plus tons of other prizes from local businesses. Enter to be a sidekick DJ to JD Fox for a day, see how you sound when you record, and get a free KMTI 50th Anniversary T-Shirt. Visit our Museum, take a tour of the building, and enjoy a video with the history of the station. You can also visit our booths including the Sanpete Sheriff’s office, Manti Ambulance, Horseshoe Mtn. Homecenter, Intermountain Clinic, Centracom and Skyline Pharmacy.
