(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah’s drought conditions are continuing to get worse. The latest report from the U.S. Drought Monitor places 99-percent of the state in either “severe” or “extreme” drought conditions. The report comes after the Utah Department of Natural Resources announced that May and June are both predicted to be hotter and drier than usual, increasing the risk of wildfires.
