(Washington County, UT) — Utah Tech University is mourning the loss of one of its students. The 19-year-old was driving in Snow Canyon State Park last week when control of the vehicle was lost and the car rolled hundreds of feet. Utah Highway Patrol says the student was pronounced dead at the scene while two other teen girls had to be taken to the hospital in serious condition. Troopers didn’t pinpoint the cause of the crash, but the car was reportedly driving up to 100 miles per hour when the accident happened.
