(West Valley City, UT) — Investigators say two teens are dead and another is in critical condition following a shooting in West Valley City. Fourteen-year-old Tivani Lopati and 15-year-old Paul Tahi died yesterday after a fight between high school students on a sidewalk along 41st South near the Mountain View Corridor. Another 15-year-old student was shot and is currently hospitalized. Police say the victims were football players at Hunter High School. Four teens were detained and questioned about the shooting, and a 14-year-old was booked into juvenile detention in connection with the case.
