(Salt Lake City, UT) — State transportation crews continue to work round the clock to keep Utah highways clear. In the last two weeks, trucks plowed more than 200-thousand miles, logging in excess of 12-thousand work hours. UDOT officials say considering that the distance to the moon is just under 239-thousand miles, what snow removal crews have accomplished bears celebrating. UDOT cautions that the state has more challenging weeks ahead this winter.
