(Cedar City, UT) — A semi truck driver who was injured in a crash on Interstate 15 in Parowan on Wednesday has died. Utah Highway Patrol says the trucker lost control of his rig when a passenger car cut him off around 7:45 a.m. A witness told Highway Patrol both vehicles were heading south when the car cut off the semi and the driver swerved into the median and across the northbound lanes before crashing through a wire fence bordering an agricultural property. The semi driver was airlifted to St. George Regional Hospital. The driver of the car didn’t stop.
