(Escalante, UT) — Authorities expand the search for a missing woman from Escalante across several Utah counties. The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office says the search now covers roughly 10-thousand to 15-thousand square miles after the woman, identified as DeEtte Spencer, was last seen January 26th at a Walmart in Price. Investigators say she was driving a white Buick Lucerne, and there is no confirmed evidence of foul play, though it has not been ruled out. Officials say search crews, air patrols, and alerts remain active as investigators continue looking for Spencer and her vehicle.
