(Salt Lake City, UT) – Utah needs more rain and snow to come out of drought conditions. Utah Snow Service reports the state has seen 75-percent of the precipitation considered normal for this time of year. State officials say unseasonably warm temperatures in recent weeks have led to concerns about potential wildfire dangers and new water restrictions this summer.
