(Nephi, UT) — A deadly crash in Nephi is under investigation. The Utah Highway Patrol says a car driving along Route 132 this morning swerved into the oncoming lane of traffic and slammed head-on into a semi. The 32-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene, but his identify hasn’t been released. The driver of the big rig was treated for minor injuries.
