NWS: Flooding Could Continue Into July

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Weather officals say over half of Utah’s record-breaking snowpack has yet to melt. The National Weather Service says this means flooding will continue to be a cause for concern through late June or even July. On the bright side, drought conditions have improved as the snowpack melts. The NWS says only 20-percent of the state is under a moderate drought status, which is the lowest designation.
