Murder charges have been pressed in relation to a fatal car crash that happened next to the Richfield City Park in May. It was determined that Lesia Ann Allred crossed over the center line and struck Jaymi and Clinton Henries’ vehicle head on, killing Clinton and injuring Jaymi.
After a thorough investigation and consultation with the Sevier County Attorney Casey Jewkes, Allred has been arrested and charged with murder, aggravated assault, driving on a suspended Utah driver’s license and failure to wear a seatbelt.
