(Beaver, UT) — Authorities are looking into the death of an inmate at the Beaver County Jail. The Sheriff’s Office explained the inmate was found dead over the weekend, but no foul play is suspected at this time. He was later identified as 67-year-old Joey Archuleta, and it’s not clear what he was being held for. This is the second time an inmate has died at a Utah jail over the last couple of weeks.
