(Gunnison, UT) — A man serving time in a central Utah prison is now being charged with killing his cellmate. Cleo Kyle Cheney was charged with manslaughter on Monday. Investigators say Cheney killed 62-year-old Ted Davey last August at the Central Utah Correctional Facility in Gunnison. Though details of the case have not been released, family members say the two men fought over items Cheney was allegedly stealing from Davey. Davey was reportedly a few days away from being released on parole at the time of his death.
