(Hurricane, UT) — Two teenage girls are in the hospital after being hit by a truck in Hurricane. Deputies say the incident occurred Tuesday night on three-hundred West State Street. One girl was taken to the hospital in serious condition, while the second victim suffered minor injuries and is expected to recover. Police say the truck driver was arrested at the scene as he was allegedly under the influence at the time of the accident. In addition to the DUI charges, the driver also faces a charge of operating a vehicle with a revoked driver’s license.
