(St. George, UT) — Southern Utah drivers are seeing accelerated gas prices. Triple-A reports the average price for a gallon of unleaded in St. George was three-dollars and 61-cents as of last night. That’s nearly 20 cents more compared to this time last week and more than 50 cents compared to the same time last month. But, those aren’t the highest prices in the state. Going north to Beaver County is where drivers will have to fork over three-dollars and 79-cents a gallon to fill up. Piute and Wayne counties also have similar prices.
