Former State GOP Chair Jorgenson To Challenge Governor Cox

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Former Utah Republican Party Chairman Carson Jorgensen is running for governor. Jorgensen announced yesterday that he’ll challenge GOP Governor Spencer Cox in the Republican primary. He joins Republican State Representative Phil Lyman and Cox in the June 25th primary. Jorgensen unsuccessfully challenged former Congressman Chris Stewart in the GOP primary in 2020.
