(Undated) — Counties in Utah are beginning to turn blue according to a state democratic representative. Cache County and a handful of other Utah counties are beginning to see a “clear progression” in blue turn out. A chair of the Cache County Democratic Party told the Salt Lake Tribune that there are still a few election cycles to go before flipping the county. They credited the changing demographics of the area to the shift. The Democratic candidates in District three from 2020 to 2022 went from receiving 26-percent of the vote to 43-percent.
