(Salt Lake City, UT) — Governor Spencer Cox is holding a first-of-its-kind town hall to make sure he’s listening to the concerns and needs of Utah’s Latino community. Cox held the town hall last night on the South City campus of Salt Lake Community College. The town hall touched on issues like education, housing, economic development and healthcare. Cox said his goal is to make sure all Utah children have the chance to have a better life than their parents. Cox also said he plans to hold more Latino town halls while he is governor.
