(Ogden, UT) — Brigham Young University will soon possess the collected documents of a very distinguished graduate. The university announced yesterday that it is acquiring more than three-thousand boxes of documents that belong to former Republican Senator Orrin Hatch. BYU plans to make the documents available to students and staff members for research into the senator’s achievements during his 42 years in Congress. University President Shane Reese said the collection would enrich academic research while helping to inspire a new generation of leaders.
