(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Utah House is showing strong support for a bill to have feminine hygiene products available in bathrooms in all state schools. House Bill 162 was passed unanimously by the House yesterday. The bill creates a public-private partnership to pay for installing dispensers in bathrooms used by female students, and to provide feminine hygiene products at no cost to students. The bill now goes to the Senate for consideration.
