(Salt Lake City, UT) — The state has named the first members of a panel that will oversee the trust looking into solutions for restoring the Great Salt Lake. The Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands announced the nine members of the panel yesterday. The group represents the interests of a variety of stakeholders, including landowners, environmentalists, businesses and hunters. The panel will advise the Great Salt Lake Watershed Enhancement Trust as it works to get more water for the lake.
