A teen is in custody in Millard County after an investigation into a case of arson.

The Millard County Sheriff’s Office and the Fillmore Fire Department responded to a fire Friday morning at the Pine Creek Inn, a motel at the south end of Fillmore.

After getting the fire out, investigators believed the fire was lit intentionally and the Utah State Fire Investigator confirmed it was a case of arson.

According the the Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested 18 year old Jaden Hodges for aggravated arson, burglary of a dwelling and theft.
