Ephraim City has announced the hiring of Katie Witt as their new city manager. Witt brings a wealth of government experience after serving as the mayor of Kaysville and on the city council in Longmont, Colorado. Witt’s husband Daniel grew up in Ephraim and their family has considered it a second home.
