PROVO, Utah (AP) — A man convicted in the 1995 death of a Utah high school student wouldn’t answer questions about the location of the girl’s remains during a parole hearing. The Daily Herald reported that Timmy Brent Olsen on Tuesday said he had already provided all the information he could. He pleaded guilty in 2011 to manslaughter in the death of 15-year-old Kiplyn Davis. Olsen was sentenced to one to 15 years in prison under a plea deal that prosecutors said they agreed to because of the difficulty of the case in not having found Davis’ body. The Board of Pardons and Parole has not yet made a decision.
