Motorcycle crash in Ephraim

On Sep. 12, authorities responded to a crash involving a motorcycle and a SUV in Ephraim.

According to Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Clay Morgan,  a 2000 Harley Davidson was traveling South on Main Street in Ephraim at 200 South. A 2007 GMC Acadia was stopped at a stop sign facing East and making a left hand turn onto Main Street. The driver of the Acadia failed to see the Harley and pulled out in front of the motorcycle. The motorcycle driver laid the bike down prior to impacting the driver’s side of the Acadia.

The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and was airlifted to a Wasatch front hospital in critical condition. This story will be updated with more information when it becomes available.
