The Utah Department of Transportation is going to rebuild and improve the pavement surface along a section of I-15 south of Nephi near mileposts 193 through 200.

Work is scheduled to begin as early as Apr. 6 in the southbound lanes and will continue through June. Crews will work on the roadway Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Work on the northbound lanes is scheduled to begin in June and will continue through July.

Drivers are told to expect heavy delays and UDOT suggests drivers should consider adjusting their travel to earlier in the day or later at night when traffic volumes are lighter.
