Fire officials from several agencies are working to contain a wildfire in Sanpete County East of Mount Pleasant.

The Parleys fire is located near Parleys Pond. It is believed to be human caused and is burning on private land. According to officials, there are 25 acres burned.

No structures are currently threatened, but homes are being evacuated between Parleys Lane and Power Plant Road.

Three fire units from surrounding the surrounding area are on the blaze, but more crews are enroute.
