Culinary water in Fillmore will be shut off for three days in order to repair broken water valves.

According to City officials water will be off from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and possibly Friday.

The areas affected are West of Main Street to 400 West and from 400 North to 400 South.

When the water is turned back on, there may be some brown water from the rust in the lines. Officials say to run cold water in a tub till it runs clear again. Or open an outside tap in order to flush any rust, air or brown water.
