Dwayne Morgan of SUU Basketball Granted Sixth Year of Eligibility

CEDAR CITY, Utah-Last Thursday, the NCAA granted Southern Utah men’s basketball power forward Dwayne Morgan a sixth year of eligibility.

Last season, the redshirt senior out of Baltimore and transfer from UNLV, played in only four games for the Thunderbirds, during which he averaged a team-best 13 points per game.

Morgan, per Thunderbirds head coach Todd Simon, is valuable as he can play numerous positions and is a versatile presence both offensively and defensively.

Morgan will be joined by program newcomers in redshirt junior guard Jakolby Long (Iowa State). redshirt senior center Daouda (David) N’Diaye (Illinois State) and sophomore guard John Knight III (Utah State).
