OREM, Utah-Tuesday, Utah Valley baseball (9-30, 6-9 in WAC play) hosts Utah (12-21, 4-14 in Pac-12 play) as the follow-up to the April 16 game at Salt Lake City, won by the Utes 11-5.

The Wolverines are led by senior outfielder Ryan Eastburn (a .356 batting average) and junior outfielder Alexander Marco (6 home runs, 32 RBI).

Junior right-handed pitcher Jesse Schmit (3-5) remains Utah Valley’s winningest pitcher this season. Right-handed junior hurler Paxton Schultz remains the Wolverines’ leader in strikeouts with 62.

For the Utes, junior infielder Oliver Dunn (a team-best .377 batting average) and senior outfielder Erick Migueles (6 home runs, 34 RBI) lead the charge offensively.

Senior left-handed pitcher Joshua Tedeschi has the best record on the staff (5-3) for the Utes and also leads all Utah hurlers with 30 strikeouts.

The Utes lead the all-time series 31-23 over the Wolverines.
