FILLMORE, Utah-Brooks Myers completed 16 of 28 passes for 274 yards, 3 touchdowns and 2 interceptions as the Millard Eagles overpowered North Sevier 26-7 Friday in non-region football action. The Eagles’ defense was also solid, limiting the explosive Wolves’ offense to 192 yards on 68 plays, or 2.8 yards per snap.

Kael Myers hauled in 11 receptions for 163 yards and a score, while tailback Austin Burratson amassed 136 all-purpose yards on 16 touches, including a 60-yard scoring reception from Brooks Myers to commence the Eagles’ scoring, as this gave Millard a 6-0 lead in the 1st Quarter.

Additionally, Jed DeGraffenried netted three interceptions for Millard, with Taylor Crane tossing four interceptions overall on the evening for the Wolves.

The Eagles will continue in their non-region season next Friday as they travel to Moab to face the Grand Red Devils. North Sevier will return home to face ALA next Friday evening. Kody Christensen hauled in three receptions for 49 yards in the loss for the Wolves.

DELTA, Utah-Crayton Hollingshead returned an interception 20 yards for a touchdown while Ryker Albrecht tossed a 49-yard touchdown pass to Porter Albrecht as the Beaver Beavers pounded Delta 42-8 in non-region football action Friday. Ryker Albrecht also ran for a touchdown for the Beavers, while Kaleb Barney, EJ Allred and Hunter Carter also ran for scores in the rout. Jaymen Brough had a 20-yard touchdown run in the loss for the Rabbits.

NEPHI, Utah-Cade Bowring had a 12-yard touchdown run and returned a fumble 28 yards for another score as the Juab Wasps embarrassed Class 4-A Hurricane 41-14 in non-region football action Friday. Braden Pay, Dallan West and Bodee Blackett all added touchdown runs for the Wasps and Karder Shepherd hauled in a 20-yard touchdown pass from Zac Cowan as well for Juab.

CEDAR CITY, Utah-Kolbe Meek had a 6-yard touchdown run and Tayvien Brown hauled in a 50-yard touchdown pass as the Cedar Redmen overpowered North Sanpte 14-6 Friday in non-region football action. Brock Justesen had a 1-yard touchdown run in defeat for the Hawks.

MANTI, Utah-Blake Thomas had a pair of short touchdown runs and the Grantsville Cowboys overpowered Manti 28-14 in non-region football action Friday. Travis Thompson hauled in touchdown passes of 74 and 7 yards from Kyle King in the loss for the Templars.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Emmitt Hafen tossed five touchdown passes and the Richfield Wildcats decimated Kanab 42-0 Friday in non-region football action. Brittyn Riddle added a 17-yard touchdown run for the Wildcats, improving them to 3-0 on the season.

GUNNISON, Utah-Tyson Chisholm ran for six touchdowns and the South Sevier Rams pounded Gunnison 63-28 in non-region football action Friday. Tucker Gayler added two more touchdown runs for the Rams, while Tracen Winkel and Seth Bastian also ran for scores for South Sevier. Creed Mogle, Hayden Booth and Avery Anderson all had touchdown runs in the loss for the Bulldogs.
