Dixie State Volleyball Picked 7th in RMAC

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Monday, the Dixie State women’s volleyball team was picked to finish seventh in their first season competing in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

The RMAC league office poll saw defending league co-champions Regis and Colorado School of Mines picked atop the standings.

Head coach Robyn Felder commences her seventh season at the helm of the Trailblazers’ volleyball program and is a two-time Pacific West Conference Coach of the Year in her time in St. George.

Dixie State will have an annual alumni exhibition Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the DSU Student Activities Center.

Admission is free and open to the public.

The Trailblazers’ season commences August 24-25 at the NNU Fairfield Inn Invitational hosted by Northwest Nazarene of Nampa, Idaho.

Dixie State returners include five starters and 11 letter-winners, led by a pair of seniors. They include libero Sid Brandon of Bountiful, Utah and outside hitter Hannah Doonan of San Dimas, Calif.

The Trailblazers commence camp with 21 players on the roster overall.
