Wayne County Homicide Suspect Makes First Court Appearance

The man accused of killing three women in two different locations in Wayne County, appeared in Utah courts for the fist time May 29. 22-year-old Ivan Miller was in custody in Colorado on separate charges but has since been extradited to Utah. He has been charged with three counts of aggravated murder and it was determined that he qualifies to be represented by an appointed council. A wavier hearing has been set for Sept. 21.
