(Cedar City, UT) — Four men made their first court appearance yesterday for the fatal drive-by shooting of 17-year-old KayLee Dutton. Ethan Galloway, who allegedly fired 12 shots into Dutton’s truck, and Michael Hess Wetucki, the driver, are charged with murder. Accomplices Aldric Felipe and Matthew Sorber-Petrie face additional charges. All suspects were denied bail and will appear again on February 4th. The investigation continues into the injuries of the surviving passenger.
