(Cedar City, UT) — A Cedar City man is facing charges, accused of raping a teenage girl. Luis Lopez was arrested and taken to Iron County Jail last week after allegedly having sexual contact with the 14-year-old inside his motorhome at a retail store parking lot. The girl told investigators Lopez had given her alcohol and a substance consistent with THC wax. The teen also noted she had told Lopez to stop during the sexual encounter but he kept going. Police said the girl had run away from the group home she was staying at before the encounter took place.
