(Undated) — A new state law requires armed guards in every public school in Utah. However, the Salt Lake Tribune reported without enough funds or personnel, schools are struggling to meet the mandate. The School Security Task Force determined last week that the initial allocation of about 100-million-dollars, isn’t enough. Additionally, some schools are reportedly refusing to comply, however, state officials have said full compliance is expected.
