PANGUITCH, Utah-Maddix Johnson drove in two runs and Burkley Dalton added another RBI as the Panguitch Bobcats edged Bryce Valley 6-1 in 1A South baseball play Wednesday. Ricardo Navarro, Rocco Perez, Antonio Moreno and Moxin Floyd each drove in a run in defeat for the Mustangs.
GREEN RIVER, Utah-Teagan Flanagan drove in a run and the Wayne Badgers doubled up Green River 2-1 Wednesday in 1A South baseball play. Blake Peterson posted 11 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Badgers. Cristian Venzor drove in a run in defeat for the Pirates.
