Millard County Attorney Patrick Finlinson has announced his resignation, effective Sept. 30. According to the Millard County Chronical Facebook page, “a scramble will likely take place among members of the local bar to fill Finlinson’s position on an interim basis. Commissioners were told there would not be a need for a special election.” Finlinson cited health concerns as the reason for leaving office.
