(St. George, UT) — Drivers in southern Utah are forking over the most money for gas. Triple-A reports the average price for a gallon of gas in Wayne and Piute counties is above the four-dollar mark, while Kane, Beaver and Garfield counties are above three dollars-and-90 cents. Washington County isn’t far behind at three dollars-and-82 cents. All are well above Utah’s state average of three-59 which is the same as the national average.
