OKLAHOMA CITY-Tuesday, BYU football junior cornerback Jakob Robinson and Utah junior safety Cole Bishop were named as semifinalists for the Jim Thorpe Award by the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame and the Jim Thorpe Association.

Robinson has four interceptions and four passes defensed on the season for the Cougars.

Bishop has two interceptions, two sacks and a forced fumble on the season for the Utes.

The presentation of the award is slated for February 4 at Oklahoma City.
