(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is donating one million dollars to help out Maui wildfire victims. The donation to the Red Cross will go towards family reunification services and essential needs. The Hawaii Governor visited a temporary shelter located at a LDS church meetinghouse in Kahului. The governor said the church is doing extraordinary work by bringing people together.
