One person is dead and another is seriously injured after a truck rolled over them in their yard on May 6. According to officials the 23-year-old-man and his 47-year-old mother were cleaning their yard when a child climbed into the vehicle and hit the dysfunctional gear shifter leading the truck to roll onto them. Life-saving measures were performed on the man but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The mother was taken to the hospital via helicopter with life-threatening injuries.
