(Cedar City, UT) — Winter weather advisories are out for Southern Utah and everywhere else in the state. The National Weather Service has winter weather advisories in effect until 9 p.m. Southern Utah can expect up to a foot of snow and winds gusting to 55 miles an hour. The Wasatch mountains can expect one to two feet of snow with wind gusts as high as 65 miles an hour.
